To contact us:

Every patient receives an evaluation to establish an individualized treatment plan designed to achieve the maximum level of improvement.  Goals are established based on objective findings from the evaluation and input from the patient and physician.

A referral from a licensed physician or chiropractor is required.  Appointments are scheduled within two working days and can be made by the physician’s office or by the patient.  Appointments usually last about one hour but may vary depending on individual needs and treatment tolerance.

Paperwork required at the first appointment include a physician’s referral/prescription, photo identification, and insurance card for private insurance.  If it is a work related injury a claim number is required, as well as, the name and phone number of the adjuster.

Our referral base consists of over 100 physicians from Stillwater, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Edmond, Cushing, Broken Arrow and other area towns. We work closely with case managers as well.

All patients receive one-on-one attention from their therapist each visit.  Our therapists realize that patients experience pain and discomfort from their injury.  Every effort is made to minimize pain while reaching the maximum level of recovery possible.  Patients are encouraged to communicate openly with their therapist regarding level of pain, functional limitations, etc, in order to receive the best care possible.
